XC Terra
Detachable-style habitats for heavy-duty pickups and chassis cabs such as the GMC Sierra HD and Ford F-550, offered in XC14, XC16 and XC18 sizes where the platform allows.
X Campers engineers pickup habitats, truck-mounted camper bodies and complete off-grid expedition vehicles in Dubai. Each build starts with the chassis, payload and journey, then develops into a camper made for desert heat, rough tracks and long distances between services.
A reliable expedition camper works as one system with its base vehicle. Wheelbase, chassis movement, axle loading, rear overhang, cabin type and service access determine the practical body envelope before the interior is planned.
Insulated shell construction planned for structural strength, weather resistance and high regional temperatures.
Solar generation, lithium storage, water capacity, filtration, ventilation and cooling sized around the route and number of travellers.
Sleeping, cooking, storage and washroom layouts developed around movement, maintenance and real daily use.
Metalwork, composite construction, MEP, carpentry, paint and final commissioning coordinated at our Um Ramool workshop.

Factory-body interior conversions for panel vans such as the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Ford Transit, with insulation, furniture and off-grid systems fitted inside the original body.
Truck-mounted expedition habitats for platforms such as Mercedes-Benz Unimog and Zetros, designed around extreme terrain, long range and demanding payload requirements.
Yes, both are candidate platforms for the XC Terra program. The final habitat size depends on the exact wheelbase, cabin configuration, axle ratings, payload and the approved body envelope for that vehicle.
The XC Atlas program is intended for high-mobility platforms such as Unimog and Zetros. A detailed engineering review is required because subframe movement, overall height, weight distribution and service access differ by chassis.
Yes. XC Nomad keeps the factory van body and adds the insulated interior, furniture, electrical, water, ventilation and climate systems inside it.
No. The online builder provides an early packaging check and design brief. A physical survey, load calculation, manufacturer guidance and relevant UAE approvals are required before fabrication.
Choose a platform, orbit the complete rig and place the habitat, windows, interior and expedition systems. The result becomes a clear first brief for our Dubai engineering team.
