X Campers is based in Um Ramool, Dubai. We welcome buyers from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, as well as enquiries from Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.

Share where the vehicle is now and the country where you intend to use it. This gives the team a starting point for discussing the build, vehicle movement, handover and support arrangements. These details are confirmed for each project.

Choose the platform before planning the journey

Compare XC Terra for a pickup or chassis-cab habitat, XC Nomad for a suitable van conversion and XC Atlas for a full-size expedition truck. Send the exact vehicle details even if you have seen a similar model in our design studio.

If you have not bought the base vehicle yet, discuss the planned build with the workshop first. The published starting prices for Terra and Atlas exclude the vehicle; Nomad pricing follows the agreed van and interior specification.

Prepare a regional quotation brief

Use the same clear brief for a workshop visit or a remote enquiry. Share information you know now; the workshop can identify what is still needed.

• Your country and city, the current vehicle location and intended handover location.
• Vehicle make, model, year, cab, wheelbase and photographs if available.
• Number of travellers, sleeping layout, kitchen and washroom requirements.
• Expected trips, appliance use, water needs and storage priorities.
• Budget range and target date, if known.
• Any transport, destination documentation or local support questions to resolve before ordering.

Agree transport, documentation and support in writing

Before committing to a cross-border project, establish who arranges vehicle transport, which destination requirements need checking, what the quotation includes and where handover will take place. Ask for separate costs where applicable.

Registration, insurance, customs and vehicle-modification requirements depend on the destination and the exact vehicle. Confirm them with the relevant authorities, insurer and transport provider. The website does not promise a destination approval, a fixed export charge or a delivery date.

Discuss warranty scope, maintenance access and where support would be carried out. A regional enquiry does not establish that there is a local X Campers branch or service partner in your country.
